- February 25 Minutes -unanimously approved
- May 2 minutes-unanimously approved
- Board approved hiring a vet at $60-$80 per hour for 5-20 hours per week
- Ask for approval to give Lauren a raise with her expanded role
- Action: Bonnie to gather salary benchmark data for the board to consider an appropriate raise amount based on expanded responsibilities. She will distribute data to the board via email for decision.
- Review Quarterly Report
- Action: Nikki to send volunteer application to Bonnie and Sharon to consider adding a question about basic experience with bunnies to screen potential volunteers for spa day
- Vet Clinic Plan
- Board discussed future of vet clinic and the desire to develop a 5 year plan to clarify objectives and milestones
