- November Minutes approved
- Raises for 2025-to be reviewed in January/Feb
- Bonus-Board discussed performance and bonus amounts
- Health Insurance-Board agreed on health insurance stipend
- Update on Shelter
- Rescue is operating but construction is still in area until end of this week. Bathroom tiling begins this week which will enable us to get toilets and sinks
- Current plan is to be done second week in January
- Still need to get the clinic license in place
Next board meeting scheduled for February 25 at 7pm
