- Staffing
- Suzanne to post shelter manager position and vet position
- Decision to keep on per diem employees for coverage to augment support
- Decision to provide 1x bonus for Lauren for several weeks of picking up additional work
- Volunteer documentation
- May have new shelter manager work on these items after they are onboarded
- Waiver for Groomers
- Decision to have spa day groomers sign a waiver similar to what shelter volunteers and foster volunteers
- Action: Suzanne to ask Nikki to draft

- Code of Conduct for Volunteers
- Some gaps in signed copies from volunteers.
- paperwork gaps should be remediated to ensure all volunteers are aware of and held accountable to conduct expectations.
- We should establish an escalation and discipline process for complaints
- Action: Rachel to draft
- Emergency contacts for volunteers
- All volunteers should have their emergency contact info on file. We may have some gaps here that should also be closed out
- Waiver for Groomers
- Review of Quarterly Report
- Action: Rachel and Dawn to work on an incentive for bunsitters during the holiday season
