Will be sending out a doc with a comparing HRN’s revenue to some other rescues. What else should we be doing?

Foster Homes:

We are seeing a drastic decline in engagement as things have opened back up and people are going back to work, not unexpected. The Committee is also experiencing some challenges as members are also less engaged due to personal commitments. Surrenders are still on back log as an overwhelming number of strays are being caught and taken in by HRN. We are slowly pulling in owner surrenders as we can, though. We have a few new foster homes and have lost a few over the last quarter as well.

Hotline:

Things are going well. Melissa, Alice and Nikki are all new since the last report and are doing a great job. One thing that came up is our age of adopting being lower than other rescues. We are 18 and many others are 21. They have also wondered if making pics of enclosures mandatory since some of the foster homes have discovered that the enclosures are not ideal. Hotline has still not transitioned to Petstablished for managing applications but are using it for rabbit info.

Spay/Neuter Van / Surgical Space:

On hold

Outreach

We need someone to handle outreach and manage events.
Petrock is Sep 8.
We’ve been asked to help with Littleton (a girl scout troop) Aug 19 evening.

Petstablished

Petstablished has been set up for managing pet and owner records. We still need to add in the application process and adoption process
